The Archaeology Laboratory is a laboratory where archaeological materials are examined and analyzed in terms of typology, technology, and function, and drawing, photography, and restoration processes are carried out. It has an expanding reference collection with archaeological materials from excavations and surface surveys to be used for comparison material and sampling during the courses. In addition, the reference collection of our laboratory will be diversified with the field projects to be realized within the department in the near future. In addition to research, seminars given in the laboratory on archaeological materials, drawings, and methods increase our students' theoretical and practical knowledge.
